20 mins later they go flying by again! They could have been doing 150 easy.
We later talked to our aunt who's lived in and around baltimore for decades and said it's not uncommon. She regularly sees stories on the news about another person(s) were caught racing around the beltway. I don't know if these guys on the bikes could make it all the way around in 20-25mins.... but they were moving damn fast. Within 30 seconds of seeing them, they were long out of sight.
