Hey there. Totally new here but I did stumble upon your thread because I notice we share the same tastes in CD Changers. Don't know as much about any of this stuff as I used to but if it is indeed your "Changer" that is not powering up and not your head unit, then perhaps it is the signal wire that is bad.
