USDM ITR or JDM Civic Type-R cams come to mind immediately.

Also consider Crower's 403 grind for your motor.. although those would require a spring and retainer upgrade as well. And passing smog may be an issue. h:

What are the smog laws like in NJ?
If they're as strict as CA, I would probably go with the ITR cams and call it a day.
