I just finished rebuilding my 95 integra gsr motor. I put in type-r pistons which raised the compression from 10:1 to about 11:1. Made a decent difference, never had it on a dyno before or after however. My exhaust was leaking before i rebuilt it, and now is coming apart.

The point:
I was wondering what types of exhausts people have put on their cars, and what they like. I was considering going with a stock type-r exhaust, not too loud, but should still produce more power from greater flow. Has anyone tried this? Or other ways to increase power through exhaust without sounding like a weed wacker. I wanna keep it a sleeper.
