it will bolt in as for running thats another story since it's OBD2b and will require the PCM ,tranny if auto if not your old trany will work , the cat,evap system custom wireing . or use a 94-95 Ex 5th gen ECU make a few wireing changes try to get the F22b1 intake, dizzy, exhaust manifoild to bolt on.
