no it wont, trust me.

If you took the needles off your going to have fun putting them back on. you have to get it exactly right or they will not even be close. When I got a new gauge cluster (needed a tach in my cx civic...so i used a ex cluster) I needed to turn ahead the mileage so my car wouldnt read odometer fraud will too less miles. I pulled the needle off for the speedo, then just put it back when i was done. When i took it for a test ride in 3rd gear at 4k my speedo read 80mph

Yea that didnt work too good. It took numerous runs up and down the road in certian gears at certian RPM until i could figure out where to put the needle.

To get the speedo needle back on your gonna have to plug it in and start the car. then put it back at 0 and test drive it from there...for the rpm good luck.
