Honestly, I never used this I just followed recommendations and use Engine oil...
I am not positive, but I'm pretty sure the Honda B-series trannies don't use a "manual transmission fluid" they are supposed to use 10W-30 oil (not exactly sure on the oil)
Could be your problem, I'd say drain it out and put in some synthetic oil, see if it fixes the problem.
dude oil in the tranny is not good tranny and engine oil are designed to do different things it might work but id say keep with the tranny fluid
