dont know but if the dog really did bite the cop then i would think they did the right thing. I dont know shit about dogs, but apparently when they lock they jaw it's nearly impossible to get it off... maybe they tried shooting it to scare it off, and make him release didnt work so they shot to kill. :dunno:
