check on eBay... i ordered an instrument cluster for my old Hyundai accent and i got the part within couple of days... changing of the panel was very simple (took me no longer than 20 mins)
However, if you want to stay legal, you will need to go to a mechanic and set your odometer reading on the new cluster. The cluster (as far as i understand) is the only place where mileage is stored.
