when I was in Disney a few weeks ago there was a place at Epcot where you could ride em for like a minute. Tough to initially get on the thing but once you get your balance you push the balls of your feet down, you go forward. Stand straight up to stop and there is a thing on the left handle bar to turn left or right. Definitely sweet. They have an off the road version now too.
