Park at Hazard Center. From the 5 south, take 805 south, take 163 south, get off on Friar's Rd. East and it'll be on your right hand side. Parking is free and you can just take the trolley straight to the convention center from there.

Edit: You can also park at Fashion Valley, which is Friar's Rd. West.
