the first thing most people would tell you is to get rid of the engine-- but i don't think you would want to do that after all that time and effort... a d-series probably wasnt the best idea for a swap, but since you've done it already you might as well just boost it until it dies...

i'm not trying to make you feel bad, but FI will be the only real route to any major power gains, especially that engine.
