I've had a really stiff neck for a few years now. It really intesified after a little accident(Had migranes for 2-3 months straight and minor whiplash). When I tilt my head to the left I can feel something in my neck move. I put my hand on a few vertabre it can pop back in line. I really need to go back to my chiropractor and get it realigned a few times.
