I bought mine from a local tuning shop but you shouldn't have much trouble finding them these days.

I'm on my laptop now and don't have any pictures on this computer, when I get a chance, I'll upload a picture later. If you don't have A/C from the factory, Honda installs a plastic shield on that side. If you have nothing, I would consider fabricating some sort of block for that side.

My CX radiator had 150k miles on it when I did my swap and it held up fine until you had a really hot day or spent a lot of time at high speeds (where the GS-R tranny forces you turn very high rpms at highway speeds). You may run fine with the stock radiator but I did run hot and I figured rather than bandaid the solution, I just went with the bigger radiator and never had to worry about it.
