try going to a local auto store and look for a chiltons repair manual. it will have detailed information (with pictures) on how to do this job or anything else.

Please don't get this post the wrong way, I honestly don't know how it is done, and the first thing that I always do is try to find that repair manual. Unfortunately some cars don't have one (at least don't have them published), but I had one for my 89 civic, so i would assume and 90 accord will have one as well... they shouldn't cost more than $20
Another way to get your hands on the book is going to the public library or trying to find a softcopy (PDF) on edonkey or something.
