go to home depot/lowes and get a can of spray electronic cleaner (residue free) take your phone apart and spray the shit out of all the boards and connections ( i would stay away from the scree surface though) this stuff evaporates very quickly but give it a few hours before you put it back together. The reason why water fucks phones so bad is its salt content in the water (even if it is fresh water) once you remove any deposits left by the water that got into the phone theoreticly it should work again. I saved a phone that was dropped in the ocean this way. make sure you clean it thoroughly.
