Yea, the steering wheel top and bottom cover. Should be held on by three phillips screws on the bottom and then it pulls off. The lever itself should be held in place by three or four baby screws(philips) and a wiring harness that will need to be unplugged. After that, just check that nothing moves in a way it shouldn't. It will be pretty obvious if it's broken.
