The US has all those covered. Besides land power, the other powers are means to project US power without the use of troops. If things to awry in NK, we send carriers, battleships etc who are carrying long range missles and aircraft to go in. We have space power to guide missles and planes more accurately to reduce incidental destruction of aircraft from SAMs because of needless reconneisance.
The US is a super power if the UN wants them to be or not. I think they whole organization is so full of itself, unless the US will suffer financially, it will do whatever the hell it wants regardless of what anyone thinks.
