They need creative activities ... not something that'll have em spring boarding off of couches like a Power Ranger.
You should get him/her into coloring and drawing. On top of it, it'll be a cute outlet for how they feel.

and hes not allowed to watch power ranger like shows. he has an art center in the living room and crayons for the tub, we go to the park everyday and the pool a few times a week..right now he's playing out scenarios with his cars and blocks. i just wish he'd stop talking for 5 minutes sometimes.
