98+ Accords are rotor hat over hub design, if you left off the lock screw the wheel would hold the unit on the car anyhow, older Accord's have the rotor press fit onto the hub.
I know the 94-97 Accord hub is a press fit type, I'm assuming the 90-93 is also...
