my buddy is about to drop 2 grand into coilovers/etc, for his 94 si. he bought the car for about $4300. i keep telling him that he should sell his car ($4000) and take the other $2000 and put that combined $6000 towards a prelude sh which can be found for $6500 in the bay area. you will never get your money back out of it if you upgrade it. if you're looking for a trackday toy, buy a used miata for $3000.
