I priced the Integra at
http://www.edmunds.com/used/1994/acu...9/options.html to get the True Market Value. The price Edmunds says you should pay is $1,600. That's including the rims, A/C and a clean vehicle condition. Your post doesn't say if the car is automatic or stick, but that only changes the price by $84 or so.
The 200k miles really drops the price (by about $900). I'd also say to price the car at
http://www.kbb.com/ , which was mentioned above.
I wouldn't pay the $3,200 for it.
