granted hondas are compact efficient long lasting. but the lack of style, originality, class, comfort, the plastic body, overall cheapness has me wanting to move on. yes i've owned a 91 honda civic and a 92 acura integra. They lasted me long with little maintenance and great MPG. I'm willing to sacrifice those two things for something different. I'm no expert though.
The honda I owned folded up like an aluminum can when i barely hit an old man's back bumper slamming on his brakes. The guy's bumper didn't even dent. I want something more solid even if it gets less MPG. I took my front plastic bumper off my acura and there was one peice of styrofoam underneath. That was embarrasing.
Too each his own
