If you got the 9:0:1 pistons from that link the power difference would be barly noticable whilst your NA and youd be set up nicely for boost. Like stated above cylinder bore will effect overall horsepower, most people done bore out the cylinder for the power though, its more to clean up the cylinder to assure the best function possible with the new piston
Thanks I guess I'll get those 9:1 pistons with the high compression valves from skunk2racing... with those two it would be around 9.3:1 or 9.5:1 compression slightly less than stock, I do need to bore the cylinders out to pistons to accept the new pistons and to eliminate all the damage cylinder surface that occured from the valve to piston damage and contact.
How does 9.3:1 compression and increased displacement sound for a future boost set up?
