looking at that link gave me another question to ask... What effect does increasing the cylinder bore size have on performance? Does it harm it or help it?

And does any performance part company offer stock compression pistons? I sure don't want to be driving my car with less compression than stock without being boosted, and I dont want to run higher compression as I will wish to boost later on.
