It could, though it could be a lot of things - from your spark plugs and wires to the fuel injection system to an O2 sensor. Have you tried getting the computer codes to really pinpoint the problem? You can either use the technique outlined here https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...d.php?t=179419 or go to an autozone and have them read your computer error codes for free.
