I have a 91 Honda Accord EX..

Lately when I slow my car down, by taking my foot off of the gas or when I hit a bump. I get this squeaking noise in the front driver side of my car...it sort of sounds like the sound of a squeaking balloon. Any idea what that means?

and is it related to a small vibration i seem to hear when i first start my car?

Please help
