I haven't bitten my nails for 4 weeks now. For the first time in my life I have nails. I've always bitten them ever since elementry school or before. At first I just never bit them for about a week. I was about to one time but I remembered not to. Every now and again I put on Thum, this stuff thats supposed to stop thumbsucking and nail biting.
theres this stuff you can get from the pharmacy that you put on your nails. It makes them taste really bad, so you dont want to bite them anymore..people would buy it for their kids all the time.
