140lbs reps on curls. Put up 205x3 sets of 10 on the free weights. :run:
that's the main thing I have going for me, is that I have broader shoulders than most guys and am just thicker (even without the chubness)
I'm going to start really hitting the bench, just need to workout a schedule with my buddy who has the set in his garage.
I thought you didn't have enough weights at home?
