You can usually tell which cylinders are misfiring with a simple test... let the engine cool first enough that you can grab the headers. Then star the engine and let it warm up. After the engine is warmed up a little while drop a few drops of water on each exhaust port of the header to see if the water boils. The ones that don't are the cylinders that are misfiring.
