had a chest and back session yesterday and worked out with a crazy buffed hawaiian dude.
I got up to the 3 wheels and a 10 and only got it up twice. I don't think I ate enough.
He got up to 4 plates easy. Fucker.
then did dips with a belt and a 45.
Overall I feel my shoulders/ back and chest have gotten stronger, but I feel slimmer which I suppose is a good thing.
I still can't do more than 15 pullups.
Todays menu is
coffee for breakfast
soup for lunch
dinner?? - I have an appraiser coming to the house.

expect to be 240 towards the end of the month, though. 220 by end of summer :irock:

that's the only name I use on other car sites/ym. A joke between friends since a lot of them have parents from the east. Hence, FOB, but with me, it's Fresh Over the Border since my mom was born in Mexico. :chuckles:

I used to be at 19.5" at my peak. I'm probably 17"-17.5 around right now. :sad:
3rd work out is happening today, after a two month lazyfest
