You've got me by about 100~135 lbs on the bench,
But I can comfortably do 3 sets of 20 pullups. In fact, 15 pullups is my warmup for back workouts

I'm not well balanced. Big chest, big shoulders, big biceps big legs.. no six pack, no wings no back.. I'm working on that though. Sitting for 8 hours a day doesnt help.
