Here's my update.
I'm at 192 lbs
had a chest and back session yesterday and worked out with a crazy buffed hawaiian dude.
I got up to the 3 wheels and a 10 and only got it up twice. I don't think I ate enough.
He got up to 4 plates easy. Fucker.
then did dips with a belt and a 45.
Overall I feel my shoulders/ back and chest have gotten stronger, but I feel slimmer which I suppose is a good thing.
I still can't do more than 15 pullups.
Todays menu is
coffee for breakfast
soup for lunch
dinner?? - I have an appraiser coming to the house.
