Wait until you buy the proper aftermarket shocks.
If you install the springs now, within a few months the OEM shocks will fail.
When that happens... not only will you pay for the labor to install a new set of shocks, you'll also have to pay for another 4-wheel alignment.
Do it once, do it right.
