Well, your NOX is through the roof so that points to the EGR valve. Rip off the EGR valve and clean it. Also, the EGR ports in the manifold are more than likely clogged, so scrub those clean as well.

New spark plugs (NGK ONLY), new distributor cap, rotor, and wires will help the HC and CO if those haven’t been replaced in a while. A new O2 sensor may be needed if that hasn't been replace in 60,000 miles or so. Check and adjust the timing.

Make sure the motor is FULLY warmed up before taking the test. Drive it on the freeway for 20 minutes or so. Keep the motor running and the RPM's between 1500-2000 RPM's if you have to wait for the test.
