a full coilover setup with dampenin adjustability allows for adjustment for height and stiffness. it is also a 1 piece replacement its a full drop in replacement.

a springs/adjustable shocks setup is exactly that. a fixed ride height and the ability to adjust stiffness and you have to reuse some of the oem parts to reassemble it together for a drop in installation.

the big difference in the two comes down to what r you gonna do with ur car? sure a springs/shocks setup can be cheaper dependin on what brands you go with. a full coilover setup from such names as ksport(i have these, and they ride awesome), d2, omni, apexi, tien, ect. ksports starts around 600 thats what i got em for 6 months ago, the price has risen since. the omnis are always a good value, pricing has stayed the same for them around the 7-8 range. do some research and find out what you will use ur car for and that will help narrow ur selection down.

And i know with the adj. struts i was lookin at, you can control the rebound and the stiffness of the ride quility.
