All D series, B series, F series, H series, and every Honda engine I can think of are interference... All interference means is that the pistons and valves share the same space and can 'interfere' with one another should timing be off (IE. belt snapping)... Size has nothing to do with it...
That said, its 50/50... Some ppl get lucky, some dont...
But if your spinning the cam without spinning the pistons (with the belt off), you can actually bend them yourself if they arent already...
