so, started up on my workout routine has been rough. The garage is messy due to a new garage door being installed, but I was able to do some curls.
Did:
140lbsx4 sets of 10 (IBScrew it, do one more set)
going to do some crunches on my excersise ball in a bit.
not a full workout, but it's a jump up from my last one. I should be warmed up enough by this weekend to get some curls/bench press/legs/lat bar done :irock:
I gained 4lbs in the last week, although I weighed myself after a big breakfast and a lot of chinese food (ass hasn't forgiven me yet) :noes:
Plan for tomorrow, more lifting and cardio on my dad's bike. Probably try to ride around town for at least 3 miles :hay:
