Well, the guage on the refill kit said it was at 60psi and 40-50psi is normal. 60psi+ shows as RED and is overfull.

Do you think I should just aleviate some of the pressure down to about 40psi and see if that fixes it?

R134a is ok for the environment because it doesn't have chlorine in it, right?
