Use a B18A1. It's virtually the same mechanically and in performance. The 90-91 B18A1 is OBD-0, so wiring is simple.

Plus, if you buy a B18A1 in a swap, you get a cable transaxle and 90-93 Integra axles which also makes life much easier.
