Well I wasn't directing it towards you at all, but your comment left it open for discussion. Breast implants are on the rise and becoming commonplace. I think it is a lack of confidence in who the woman is as a person so she feels she needs to fit this "Barbie" image that has been pushed on her from all angles.

I really find it pathetic that a woman who is actually a very pretty woman feels such a lack of self esteem that she needs to get plastic surgery in order to attract a man or gain the attention of others.
