Have a HUGE glass of water, then go back to your routine. You quite possibly, could be confusing thirst for hunger. Especially if you ate enough to be nourished.
Edit: Didn't realize it's been 6 hours. Eat. But still have the glass of water so you don't have to eat as much as it seems you don't want to.
