Doing the conversion too, seriously, ive made a few posts about this and you could probably just find those because people have given me lists too. Anyway:

Your going to have the manual transmission, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, with your engine your getting right? So thats covered.

Clutch master cylinder
Slave cylinder
Hydraulic lines (all including one that runs from MC to SC)
Hydraulic reservoir
Pedal set (clutch pedal with all sensors and plugs, brake, gas pedal wouldnt hurt along with throttle cable unless you plan on using your stock one)
Manual ecu, unless your chipping yours
Shift linkage
Shift boot and knob (no kidding)
Not sure about the mounts, you'll have to ask someone else.
I know with my conversion i have to weld and bolt a piece of sheet metal to the box so that the manual shifter will mount so im sure you do too, correct me if im wrong
A manual shift linkage mount so the shift linkage lines up correctly with the shifter, hasport makes one i was looking for one earlier, i think you could always just weld your own, thats what i might do.
Did i miss anything???

With the conversion, one thing to add, is that the car has an interlock control unit that holds the key in the ignition unless its in park, which when you do the swap there will be no more park, so there is a 14 wire plug (i think) under the auto shifter console, connect the black wire to the green with white stripes, this will fool the interlock control units into thinking its in park so the key can be removed. Also with the reverse lights, if you dont use a manual ecu, you have to run wires for them, otherwise they wont work. You also have to run wires to the clutch pedal itself so the car will start, i heard this information from someone else so dont take my word on it, and im not sure how you do this, sorry. (THANKS ricunger!!!)

I hope this helped a little, im new to the conversion too and still learning, so let me know if you have any advice.
