Haha, you never once said that you were going to get it dyno tuned, you just said you wanted to get an ECU. It would be pointless to spend the money on tuning and a tunable ECU. You won't notice any kind of a difference. If you had some big cams, higher compression, boost, or were running an LSVTEC...then it would be worth while.
