Raise the car up. Before when my car was really low, I had to use the spare tire jack on the front side jack point in order to get the main jack underneath the front. Now that I am about 1" lower than stock height, I can fit the jack and the dish underneath the front easily.

The jack stands are fine to put on with the angle of the car how it is when fully lifted. Just block the rear tires and make sure the jack stands are centered on the jacking points and you will have no problems.
