ok my problem is solve. $127 for the torque converter turbine sensor and $35 for labor. damn I like my mechanic, I still hate the dealer.
let me know if that works because my 02 accord shifts a tad hard. Nothing that freaks me out but on rare occasions say I step on the gas and its supposed to shift to second, it takes a few seconds longer to engage.
