That sweeper door or whatever isn't it... the r-134a systems are junk, period. They outlawed the old systems because of higher safety standards and junk like that, and the older ones didnt need recharging. Buying those recharge kits wont do anything unless your low on refrigerant. And being its not low, you need to take it to a shop and have them vaccum the system and recharge it. The new refrigerant doesnt stay good forever and eventually needs replacing. Its not that expensive to do at all...
