dont forget a proper formal coversheet too.
if you leave an email address, use a "normal" email address on not something like "integraracer@hotmail.com" or some shit like that.
you dont even want to know how many resumes i have seen with stupid email addresses.

ladylovelatinas@xxxxxxxx.com
ex:
pimpnRoBny@xxxxxx.com
those are the only two on my desk right now.
if one of these email address belong to you just know you didnt get the job..
i take that very very serious.
