Look at the pictuer. #19 is a bolt that will lockup 1st & 2nd gear. Loosen that bolt. I know it's not a good picture, but the bolt is located on top of the trany. If you want to know if you have the right bolt, just take the bold out. There should be a ball bearing and small spring that the bolt pushes down on. That's how you can tell that you have the right one.
