I would stay far away from the eBay no-name brands.
Also, it is false economy to run lowering springs with your stock shocks. The stiffer spring rate will acclelerate the rate at which the stock dampers wear out.

I would vote Tein S-Tech springs and the KYB AGX adjustable shock.. or the GR-2 non-adjustable shock if money is tight. See if you can find the springs either used or on sale. That said, I would only buy the shocks new, as neither the AGX or GR2 are rebuildable.

Budget-wise: I would plan on $200 for the springs and $250 for the AGX dampers.
